Where we are different
We document the rationale behind a technical decision the same way we would document a commercial one — with a named owner and a stated condition for revisiting it. We will tell a client the defensible answer even when it is not the one that is easiest for us to deliver.
Where we are not the fit
If what is needed is a large bench of implementation capacity rather than a small number of senior decisions, we are not the most efficient choice, and we will say so. We are small and senior by design.
